Meditation

The terms mindfulness and meditation are often used interchangeably and this leads to confusion as to their differences. Mindfulness is best understood as a state of being or quality whereas meditation is a practice. In essence developing mindfulness is achieved through the practice of meditation.

A mindfulness and meditation class is offered most Saturdays between 10:00 am to 11:00 am. These classes are open to everyone, are free and no appointment is necessary.
