• CASUAL HIRE - bond $300.00
  Hire fee $300.00
  insurance $ 25.00
  GST $ 30.00
  
• REGULAR HIRE -  bond $300.00
  Hire fee $ 16.00 per hour
  GST $ 1.60 per hour
  
• MEETING ROOM HIRE - bond $150.00
  Hire fee $ 15.00 per hour (commercial use) Plus GST
  $ 5.00 per hour (community use) Plus GST

Bond monies are required within two weeks of making booking. Keys are not available until ALL monies are paid and both parties sign agreement.

All bond monies will be banked. The hirer will be required to attend an inspection before bond monies are returned.

Regular hirers must have their own public liability insurance and evidence thereof.  Without this insurance we are unable to hire under any circumstance. Regular hirers do not have access to the catering kitchen.

Casual hirers have the use of the catering kitchen only.
